Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at hyveralise@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.
